Sold out Enery 4 Life Workshop: The Energy 4 Life workshop at this year’s Mind, Body and Spirit festival sold out. For those who got tickets early the workshop delivered what it promised. This was a great opportunity to top up on energy levels and learn powerful tools for use with family, friends and clients.
The Energy 4 Life Training starts 20^th September 2009.

Ocean of Gratitude Cruise: The 2009 Ocean of Gratitude Cruise was a great success. Sailing to Mexico, Costa Rico, and Panama. We enjoyed ourselves on board the luxury vessel Carnival freedom with uplifting and informative guest speakers, Dr Michael Beckwith, Rickie Byars Beckwith.

CAM – Award Winner: A big thank you to those who voted for me, I really appreciate your support. Recieving my CAM Award for outstanding contribution to the community from David Price of the Nutri Centre. (Just think Oscars, Halle Berry of the complementary therapy world!) Jokes aside. I feel honoured to have won this award and most of all after 20 plus years it lifts my energy and fuels me to continue the work I love.
